It's just about noon on St. Patrick's Day, which means that many in the D.C. area have likely begun leaving their desks for the bars. For those looking for places to go, DCist, the Going Out Gurus and On Tap magazine offer their suggestions, some of which include live music.
-On Tap reports that Clyde's of Georgetown will feature live bag pipers.
-Fin Mac Cool's on Capital Hill has music at 9pm from Scythian, who were just featured on Z104's Capital Scene this past Sunday.
-The newly expanded Ireland's Four Courts, in the Courthouse section of Arlington, has live music from Ronan Kavanagh, Sanford Markley, and Sharif.
-And DC101's 6th Annual Kegs and Eggs started at 8am at Lulu's, with live music from Better Than Ezra, Sum 41, Carbon Leaf and Corey from Slipknot.
There are just a few places to catch music today or tonight. Add your suggestions in the Yahoo Group.
